Own Your Worth

Worthiness and pricing are two things that seem to go hand in hand when it comes to business. We view them as one and the same - but this is most definitely not the case.

Your worthiness is limitless. You could not put a price tag on it that was big enough. But through our conditioning we question ourselves and our worth. We start to believe we aren't good enough, we are worthy enough to charge more, we are deserving enough to receive ridiculous wealth.

In this episode of the podcast I chat about worthiness and business and offer some strategies to help you to price your products or services according to their value and to separate this exercise from your worth!

We often make assumptions about our clients and customers that they can't afford to work with us or pay more. Often this is just a projection of our own money stories! Here is just some of the reasons why undercharging is doing more damage to your business and brand!

1. You are running a business not a hobby. Undercharging is not going to allow you to create long term sustainable success. It might be okay in the short term but it is going to cause serious issues down the track

2. There is an energetic imbalance. Eventually you may begin to resent your clients or customers because you are putting in all this effort to deliver them an amazing experience and they are not paying fair value for that exchange.

3. It isn't reflective of the value your provide and this can actually cause more damage to your reputation. If you are pricing yourself significantly lower than others in your industry, people may start to question how well you can actually help them and they may look elsewhere for support.

When you are looking to tune into your worthiness and separate this from your pricing a great exercise is to list out as many ways your offer adds value to your people. And leave this list somewhere you can see it regularly, so the next time your confidence is wavering you can look back at this to remind yourself.

Until next week ladies
